1. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. If additional or unforeseen work is discovered, the customer will be informed of the additional work and pricing before that additional work proceeds.
2. Scheduling
Appointment times and service availability are subject to technician availability, location, weather, traffic, job duration, material availability, and other circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when changing or canceling an appointment so that we can adjust scheduling accordingly.
4. Authorization of Work
By approving an estimate or otherwise authorizing work, the customer authorizes Legends Plumbing Co to perform the services described in the approved scope.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable estimate or invoice. The customer is responsible for approved charges for services and materials provided.
6. Additional Work
Work outside an approved scope will be communicated to the customer and, where appropriate, authorized before proceeding.
7. Customer and Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the areas necessary to perform the requested plumbing work.
8. Existing Conditions
Legends Plumbing Co is not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed conditions, deterioration, code deficiencies, or damage resulting from conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
9. Materials and Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
10. Code and Permits
Work will be performed in accordance with applicable requirements, and permits will be obtained when required for the applicable scope of work.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
